  Keibock Lee, iCEO
  Keibock Lee brings nearly twenty years experience in high-tech management to SOFTonNET. Mr.Lee has been the founder and CEO of several companies, including Killerbiz, Inc., a B2B marketplace funded by Vantage Partners, eTrade, Asset Management and Brainruch; JazzSoft, Inc., an agent software company acquired by Jazz Multimedia, Inc.,; and One-O, Inc., an application service provider sold to Metropolitan Backbone Exchange. Mr.Lee spent three years with Apple computer, initiating its Japan home computer business unit and growing its annual revenues to $150 million. Mr.Lee has won product design awards in the UK and Germany and received the Fairchild Key Technologist Award while at Fairchild Corporation. Mr.Lee holds a degree in Computer and Systems Engineering fro Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.

  Dr.Dongho Song, Founder and CTO
  SOFTonNET was founded in 1998 by Dr.Dongho Song, formerly a research fellow at the Stanford Research Institute International (SRI Int'l) in Menlo Park, and a professor of Computer Science at the Korean Aviation University in Seoul. Z!Stream is based on Dr.Song's research in distance learning solutions in the mid-1990s while at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England, where Dr.Song received his doctorate. Just six months after Z!Stream product development, Dr.Song reached OEM agreements with Fuji Electronics, ALPS Electronics, and Samsung, who successfully marketed the product in Asia.y

  Masanori Nakayama, CEO, SoftonNet Japan
  Prior to joining SoftonNet Japan, Mr. Nakayama spent ten years with Fuji Electronics, growing its education business from less than one million dollars to more than $120 million in sales. Mr. Nakayama spent 13 years managing the Fuji Electronics POS system and OEM sales. He is a graudate of the Tokyo Science and Technology University with a degree in electrical engineering.
